Responsibilities

Acting as a contact person between customer & internal team in liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems. Details as follows:-

• Attending to customers’ enquiries & follow up quotation with customer
• Providing customers with technical supports, as and when required
• Processing of customer orders
• Coordinate between Sales and Production
• Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production
• Issue material requisition form & assist in purchasing of materials/items required by production/customers when needed
• Coordinate documentation for delivery / shipment
• Organize and maintain reference files
• Assist in follow up of payment with customer
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Order Processing / Internal Sales / Sales administration, or Purchasing
• Candidate in sales or purchasing background in the Marine, Engineering and O&G industry will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work within tight timelines
• A team player with good working attitude
• Computer knowledge in MS Office

Working hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm)

** Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Jurong Point (2 ways)
