• Manage the overall performance of vessels with specific reference to energy consumption and optimization.
• Plan and unplan down-time as well as budget performance.
• Supervise the assigned FLEET in all technical/deck aspects
• Ensure of all equipment on-board assigned FLEET.
• Monitor reliability and cost effectiveness, safety & pollution prevention status, and EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS.
• Monitor maintenance system on-board, prepare DRY-DOCK specifications, obtaining & analysing quotes for repair yards.
• Participate in the development of the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, continuous improvement of procedures, ERP and Management reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ​COC Class 1 or 2 with Sea-going experience preferred
• Proven Leadership & Organisation skills
• Minimum years of relevant working experience working ashore ina SHIP MANAGEMENT environment 
• Safety awareness
• Responsible & Customer focused
