PROJECT MANAGER

• Responsible for the monthly progress claim submission.
• Follow up for the monthly claim certification from the client.
• Responsible for the timely submission.
• Responsible for negotiations with the subcontractors before engaging them, make sure the budget is well monitored and maintained.
• Submission of tenders

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical Degree.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven working experience in Scaffolding / Construction industry in Singapore
