Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel (including Vlookup and Pivot table) 

To perform rostering and operation duties for the SMOOTH OPERATION OF OUTLETS / STORES in Singapore.
Ensure compliance of SOPs, manage and administer the operational workflows and procedures to ensure a consistently high level of efficiency
To perform Data analysis in conjunction with the KPI’s set forth for stores
To handle and manage Customers’ feedback
Coordinate staff function in support of operations 
To co-ordinate and manage with Suppliers for up to date visual merchandising and displays
To co-ordinate with relevant department for Trainings and Seminars
**Who Can Apply : Diploma / ITE Qualifications In Sales / Retail Service or related disciplines. – With / Without Working Experience In The Retail Service Industry Are Welcomed.**
 
WORKING TERMS;
9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
Report to Redhill, Singapore HQ Office
