Responsibilities

• To plan & schedule for regular maintenance activities for HVAC systems
• To maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
• To conduct inspections of ACMV equipment and troubleshooting issues.
• To manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are updated, properly filed and stored
• To anticipate problems which may be arising & to recommend for solutions
• To preparing jobs' quotation for project when needed
• To attend site meetings, if necessary
• To ensure work compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

 

Requirements

Min NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or Electronics Engineering or its equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably M&E services dealing with ACMV / Aircon system

Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and Singapore construction practices.

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Working Hour : Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) & Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
Work Site : National Cancer Centre
