Front Desk & Customer Service Support Works;

• Covers Receptionist Desk when required
• Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiate deals/close deals, and handle complaints or objections on Tenancy or Lease issues.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and Social Media on our Services.
• Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities
• To generate Sales Reports to the Management
• To attend to any emergency calls when contacted and notify the Management at the earliest opportunity, upon resolving the problem.
• Handled Mandarin speaking Clients
• Proficent in MS Office / Tech Savvy
