Responsibilities

• To oversee, coordinate and supervise of site activities to ensure smooth executive of projects
• To manage & monitor ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System) works progress and to carry out according to the planned schedule
• To attend site meetings with all the relevant parties such as Developers, Architects, Consultants & Builders
• To coordinate and liaise closely with sub-contractors and Suppliers on project related matters

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree with Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant ACMV / HVAC experience in a local construction environment
• Previous experience in General Building Works / M&E services will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal & communicate skills with the ability to build good relationships with all levels
• A good team leader and player who is able to lead and work under pressure.
