Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design interior spaces that meet client specifications for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, designs, plans, and 3D models using design software.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring quality and coherence with design intent.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost estimates.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Interior Designer
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
