• Diploma In Horticulture and Landscape Maintenance or Equivalent
• MUST Travel Between Other Branch Office from East & North Areas 
• Ability to Lead a Group of In-House Landscape Specialists & Contract Workers
• Manage, Plan, Design, Propose, Implement , Perform Daily Routine Checks.
• Manage Contracts , Control Approved Annual Operating and Capital Budgets for Landscape Tender.
• Draft Up Management Reports to the General Manager Pertaining to Landscape.
• Ensure Compliance with the Audit Processes and Procedures
