Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service quotations
• Update n input data for service jobs in excel sheet.
• Monitoring customers orders and stock availability from purchaser
• Meeting up with customers as and when required.
• Attending to customer's calls for service and delivery of goods.
• Scheduling of daily service jobs for technicians.
• Scheduling for daily deliveries
• Preparation of Bill of Materials for battery chargers and its related equipment
• Testing and troubleshooting of battery chargers
• Risk assessment
• Site presentation as and when needed
• Others ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Min Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Must be able to read circuit diagram (preferably)
• Experience in doing risk assessment
• Familiar with DC power supply equipment, electronics control panels, inverters, UPS &battery chargers
• Troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills

Working hours

Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.45 pm)
