Responsibilities

Duties shall include but not limited to the followings:-

• Acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Processing of customer orders
• Coordinate between Sales and Production
• Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production
• Issue material requisition form
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Organizes and maintain reference files
• Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
• Consolidation monthly sales report
• Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• NTC/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma holder or its equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in Order Processing/Sales Administration, preferably with experience in marine, engineering, O&G industry sales
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work within tight timelines
• A team player with good working attitude
• Computer knowledge in MS Office

Mondays to Thursdays : 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Alternate Saturdays : 8:30 am to 12 noon
