  • Responsibilities


    Cash Sales Summary

    • To handle billing issues/problems and handle customer inquiries.
    • To manage all the credit card and cash transactions.         
    • Responsible for the balance cash draw at close of shift.


    Counter Service

    • Order Processing
    • Cash handling
    • To deal with a diverse customer population.
    • Building customer relationships.
    • Face to face customer service.


    Data Entry

    • Distributor Records
    • GIRO Account Maintenance
    • Termination & Returns
    • Generate hotline summary reports


    Ad Hoc Administration

    • Handle phone enquires
    • Handle emails, faxes, filing, etc
    • Responsible to close store properly and secured building.
    • Actively participating in the company events



    • Min GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels/NITEC/Diploma holders or its equivalent
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service
    • Reliable with positive working attitude
    • A team player and motivated to serve customer
    • Computer knowledge
    • Keen to learn
    • Able to start work immediately or within short notice period


    Working hours

    Mon - Friday (11.30 am to 8.30pm) & Alternate Saturday (10.00 am to 2.00 pm)
