Cash Sales Summary
- To handle billing issues/problems and handle customer inquiries.
- To manage all the credit card and cash transactions.
- Responsible for the balance cash draw at close of shift.
- Order Processing
- Cash handling
- To deal with a diverse customer population.
- Building customer relationships.
- Face to face customer service.
- Distributor Records
- GIRO Account Maintenance
- Termination & Returns
- Generate hotline summary reports
Ad Hoc Administration
- Handle phone enquires
- Handle emails, faxes, filing, etc
- Responsible to close store properly and secured building.
- Actively participating in the company events
- Min GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels/NITEC/Diploma holders or its equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service
- Reliable with positive working attitude
- A team player and motivated to serve customer
- Computer knowledge
- Keen to learn
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
Mon - Friday (11.30 am to 8.30pm) & Alternate Saturday (10.00 am to 2.00 pm)
