    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Min. GCE 'O' Level/Diploma or Diploma in HRM
    • Min. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
    • Possess strong knowledge of Singapore employment-related laws and regulations
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Have initiative and drive, able to work independently, meticulous and organized
    DUTIES:
    1. Perform full spectrum of HR and Admin functions
    2. Handle recruitment process which include recruitment, staff orientations & administration of employee benefits
    3. Review of HR policies, processes and practices
    4. Work pass application, renewal and cancellation for foreigners
    5. Handle leave and medical records
    6. Compile of monthly HR report for Management and submission of ad-hoc government HR survey
    7. Checking and verifying of staff claims to ensure compliance with internal policies
    8. Provides general admin duties and coordination support to the management
    9. Manage office calendar and support office operations
    10. Administrate corp pass access and time attendance 
    11. Any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time
