  • Responsibilities

    To manage the full spectrum of HR functions & to lead a team of 3 to 4 HR & Admin team in supporting the whole company’s operations.  Details as follows:-

     

    Recruitment

    • Liaise with HOD on recruitment matters such as new hiring or replacement of headcount
    • Put up ads or liaise with recruitment agency for job openings
    • Screening, short-listing & arrangement of interviews for candidates
       

    Payroll Management

    • To provide guidance & supervision to ensure timely & accuracy of Payroll processing for 300 over head count using EasyPay
    • Submission of CPF, In-camp training claim, and etc
    • Reviewing of payroll reports & accrual
    • Oversee all statutory compliance & requirements

     

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Responsible for :-

    - C&B functions such as benchmarking of salary, benefits reviews & etc

    - Developing & implementing of Rewards policies

    - Reviewing & improving various type of insurance for the employees

    - Management of other related activities such as salary review exercise, incentive scheme, & etc

     

    Learning & Development        

    • To develop & conduct yearly Training Analysis
    • To compile Training budget, strategize & implement effective organization L&D to meet the company’s expectation
    • To conduct training and orientation to all new hires

     

    Other HR Support

    • Maintain & review HR policies, procedures & practices, etc
    • Management of HR employment life cycle i.e. promotion, transfer, resignation
    • Update & maintaining of E-Leave, Overtime claims & etc
    • Formulate & recommend HR Operations objectives, employee handbook, policies & procedures
    • Assist in budgets planning & other management plans
    • Monitor of staff probation & confirmation
    • To liaise with various Statutory Boards on legislation matter

     

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Admin, or its equivalent
    • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience including payroll experience in MNC environment
    • Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Laws/Act, Government grants and HR practices
    • Experienced in leading a team of at least 3 to 4 HR/Admin Executives
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
    • Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills
    • Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office & familiar with EASYPAY payroll software
    • Preferably able to start within short notice
