Responsibilities

To manage Account Sales (sell in & sell out) to meet sales target. Details as follows:-

 

Account & Sales Management

• Ensure sales target is met through account management, Project management
• Prepare and conduct Quarterly Top management meeting with overseas customers
• Monthly conference meeting with channels on Sales / Marketing / and other issues (shipment, quality, SVC, etc)
• Business Opportunity development

 

Reporting

• Ensure weekly project backlog delivery planning and on-going pipeline
• Weekly Most Likely Sales Forecast
• Monthly HQ / RHQ Business Review Report
• Other ad-hoc reports required by management

 

Others

• Risk Management
• Export Team Performance Management such as sales and pipeline target

 

Responsibilities

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with Mechanical Engineering /Marketing /Business or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales preferably in Export market
• Previous experience in air-con products (Mandatory)
• Basic Technical Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
• Able to travel overseas frequently
