Responsibilities

• Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming goods with proper care
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to pre-determined sequence such as index, product code or SKU
• Pick goods accurately to be sent to CS, QC, Lab based on sales orders in an efficient, effective and timely manner
• Re-packing goods for distribution market and make the packing list
• Ensure that goods received are in good condition; report discrepancies should there be irregularities
• Ensure goods are stored according to respective racks for smooth handling/good housekeeping in line with safety standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system
• Data processing of customer orders into the system
• Perform random / perpetual stock take on goods where applicable
• Ensure punctuality and good attendance at work
• Work with respect and teamwork amongst customers, co-workers and supervisors
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Company and Store
• Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Superior/Manager

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level or ITE certification
• Min 1 to 2 years of working experience in store/warehouse preferably in the Ophthalmic industry but not a must
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• A good team player
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Working Location : Kaki Bukit (company will be shifting to Bendemeer Road in Aug 2021).

Mondays to Fridays : 8.00am to 4.30pm /10.00am to 6.30pm
Saturdays : 8.00am to 12.00pm / 9.00am to 1.00pm
