    Degree or Diploma In Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline.
    Possess a Diploma In IT or equivalent.
    With at least 1 years hands-on experience on hardware/software.

     

     

     

    • Performs as part of the Infrastructure & Maintenance Team Member.
    • Involve in Project deployment with Team Members.
    • Responsible for Level 2 / Level 3 support and escalations for network issues.
    • Remote/On-site diagnosis and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration on the End-User Devices.
    • Provide Network administration, support and monitoring on Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
    • Install Windows, Exchange Servers and applications inclusive of Virtualization technologies.
    • Maintain up to date Documentation and Technical Reporting.
    • Provide End User Support and maintenance to our existing customers.
    • Manning Help-Desk calls and emails and providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
    • Manage/Change request on client site equipment.
    • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
    • Follow-up with clients to ensure their IT Systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
    • Provide good customer service experience.


     

    Entitlement: Salary full package + allowances + full-time employee benefits.
    Mon to Fri-Alternate Sat if the company required for projects.
    Official Working Hour: 9-6pm (44 hours working requirement by MOM).
    Official Working Day: 5
