Responsibilities

• Participate in design / art / production / engineering meetings.
• Understand and translate meeting outcomes into respective documentation for development teams.
• Propose and justify the best and most efficient way to execute them.
• Identify problems / issues / blockers faced by team members.
• Stronger candidates will have the opportunity to take ownership (under guidance) and contribute more by improving the company’s development pipeline to establish clear workflow documentation
• Versatile candidates will have the opportunities to develop themselves into subject matter experts of the discipline they are interested in.

Requirements

• Degree in any Game Development / Content Creation / Media, or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience working on teams involving different disciplines
• Proficient in industry leading software and technologies for content creation (Unity, Adobe PS, Adobe PR, etc.)
• An avid gamer.
• Constantly learn and stay updated to the evolving industry standards.
• Solid communication skills and reliable organizational skills
• A resilient problem-solving mindset
