Job Description

• Handle order processing and monitoring of sales orders for Japan clients
• Liaise with client and HQ on the matters related to sales orders delivery.
• Processing claims on broken/ shortage of delivered items
• Prepare price calculations, update price list and transportation cost
• Responsible for price comparisons and updating of costs prices and providing of information related to price study
• Submission of weekly order status
• Translation of documents, emails, marketing materials etc from Japanese to Englisht
• Liaise and keep a good rapport with Japanese clients
• Prepare working memos, meeting minutes, correspondence, spreadsheets adn presentations.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
• At least 3- 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably familiar with SAP B1 software
• Must be fluent in Japanese and English to execute accurate translation of contents
• 6 Months Contract, convertible to permanent.
