Responsibilities

• Attending to walk in customers in the showroom
• Handling of calls and taking telephone enquiries.
• Ensure the store promotion visuals on the sales floor remain appealing.
• Clear understanding of the usage of the product, its price and design.
• Replenishing the stock for showroom displays.
• Maintaining necessary levels of inventory stock in the showroom.
• Counting and sorting of stocks.
• Reporting any discrepancies or damage in stocks to the supervisor or managers.
• Keep updated with the new and emerging technologies relevant to the products and services being marketed.

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level / NITEC, or its equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Good customer service & sales oriented
• Must be able to perform shift duties & work on weekends / public holidays (based on shift rotation)
