Responsibilities

To support the operations of the Corporate Marketing Team by

• Obtaining quotations for both existing and new marketing materials / packaging from vendors
• Checking and ensuring that the marketing materials / packaging received are correct in terms of quality and quantity
• Saving and categorising the soft copies of the marketing materials / packaging in the marketing server
• Maintaining and upkeeping the marketing server by ensuring that all files are properly sorted & categorized
• Performing any other administrative tasks as and when required

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level / ITE or its equivalents
• At least 1to 2 years of working experience
• Basic knowledge in purchasing/accounting will be added advantage
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage well and comfortable with numbers
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
