Responsibilities

• To provide reports and adhere to service levels as agreed upon
• To perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and rooms are ready for use
• To be responsible for identifying defective/failed equipment and resolve the issues
• To work in cooperation with client and company’s support teams in providing remediation
• To work and give support to manufacturers, developers, engineers and project managers in identifying and implementing resolutions for highly complex system issues
• To ensure all AVS spaces are presentable for use
• To perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in a helpdesk environment preferably in operations or project support, Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, IT or Network background
• A Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) would be a plus point
• Ability to perform basic AV related testing and troubleshooting for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers and LCD/Plasma Displays
• With PolyCom/ CISCO and core voice operational experience an added advantage
• Able to take ownership with decisive action to restore services
• Self-motivated and driven to deliver in a challenging global multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work in a high-pressure situation with tight deadlines
• Good communication skills (both spoken & written) & able to work effectively with all levels
• Good time management and organizational skills with attention to details
