Responsibilities

• Office 365 setup and administration
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, inclusive of DNS and DHCP configurations
• Set up of Virtual servers using Hypervisor and VMware environment
• Basic network troubleshooting & Firewall administration
• Provide support on Windows / Mac computers & mobile devices (Android, iOS) to end-users
• Provide support for Retail Shop POS System (following Retail operating hours)
• Other ad-hoc duties relating to IT / Computer as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, or its equivalents
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Experience in Windows desktop operating system and Mac Operating System
• Knowledge in Windows Server implementation, administration and support
• Knowledge in VMware ESXi and vSphere
• Process problem solving, willing to learn & Can-Do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
