Responsibilities
- To setup/breakdown of conference spaces
- To coordinate and execute virtual events
- To perform preventative maintenance task
- To do 1st level troubleshooting on various audio/video systems.
- To be responsible for job site documentation as needed
- To perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner
- To work with internal / external teams in a professional manner
- To provide training to client as needed
- To adhere to and understand local safety standards for all site duties
- Inventory management
- Other duties as and when assigned as needed
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in Audio Visual support / IT Desktop Support
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Able to communicate and interact well with all levels including clients and working colleagues
- Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control an added advantage
- Good customer service skills
- Computer Knowledge
