Responsibilities

You will work as part of a team with full responsibility of all technology aspects of the company, which includes the management of and cooperation with external IT vendor teams. Details as follow:-

• Responsible for the development, maintenance and upgrading of the IT platform and the firm’s data security.
• To work with IT vendors to improve the platform’s core infrastructure and the user interface, support the team in negotiations with vendors and potential partners.
• Take charge to implement all the necessary measure to ensure security of the platform and identify and mitigate any risk of security breaches
• To oversee the functionality status in line with legal requirements and the business concept.
• To take on Specific Tasks that include-

1. the management of the platform development to ensure its quality and the timely completion in cooperation with business team and the vendor.
2. the execution of the platform’s acceptance testing (testing of compatibility with business specifications, ensuring the debugging within the determined release date).
3. the handling of full scope of future customisation tasks, technical maintenance, and security aspects for the source code, coding logic, including smart contracts and ownership of the solution
4. the documentation of new solutions, the development and implementation of new user- friendly features for the improvement of the platform, scaling-up of the back office, including all compliance related functions that influence the company IT solution.
5. in ensuring the smooth and exceptionally secure functioning of the platform on daily basis, as well as handling all IT issues during operation of the platform.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Information Technology, or its equivalents
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Commercial experience in software backend development using C-like languages with OOP (Go, Java, C++)
• Knowledge of REST HTTP API principles
• Knowledge of the decentralized systems working principles (transaction model, consensus algorithms, blockchain)
• Knowledge of the data encoding and encryption principles (elliptic curve cryptography, hashing, digital signatures)
• Understanding of modern web app development with JavaScript frameworks
• Base understanding of Kubernetes-based deployment and AWS
• Effective analytical abilities to evaluate an organization's needs and implement solutions
• Great business-IT translation skills and individual’s membership in an industry organization or
• community would be treated as an advantage
• Open-minded, positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible team player
