Job Responsibilities

• Ensure tight customer (business users) engagement, manage various ETRM, system vendors
• Coordinate with and support other IT teams to ensure that the ETRM solutions are well considered, meet the requirements of IT strategy and are managed correctly through successful implementation
• Ensure robust, comprehensive and realistic system test and cutover plans are defined and executed.
• Facilitate and support business expert users during User Acceptance Testing
• Assist with new product configuration and testing and provide system analysis to help resolve their line support issues when required
• Assist the Application Manager / Project Manager on business process mapping, business process reengineering and business process analysis wherever needed
• Ensure all incoming incidents/calls are logged, responded to and attention to detail, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner (as per SLA). Assist in development of system management tools
• Ensure that sufficient accurate information is captured in incident reports to promote the development of the ICT Knowledge Base and increase incident resolution rate.
• Provide trading system support to users after ETRM project goes live
• Ensure that correct resolutions are found or escalate to appropriate Resolution Groups in addressing incidents in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in IT
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in functional support of trading systems and related processes, especially LNG or/and Energy commodities and financial instruments.
• Knowledge of database design, SQL and Report generation from business applications.
• Good understanding of database design and report generation from
• business applications.
• MS .Net development experience: C# , understanding of OO principles, strong SQL, (SQL Server 2005+), stored-procedures, scripting and related tools, Python
• Good understanding of the ITIL based, service management and Change Control processes
• Analytics tools, e.g. Tableau, SQL server Analysis Services/Analytics
• Web-Content/Document Management (Microsoft SharePoint)
• Understanding of Agile practices, including test driven development and refactoring, will be an added advantage
• Must be willing to commit to 9 months contract
