Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the IT department in fulfilling the organization’s information systems requirements.
• Responsible for the development, maintenance and upgrading of the IT platform and the firm’s data security.
• To manage and work with the external IT vendor to improve the platform’s core infrastructure and the user interface
• To lead and manage IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• To monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• To take charge in implementing all the necessary measure to ensure security of the platform and identify and mitigate any risk of security breaches
• To troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or its equivalents
• At least 5 years of experience working in IT operations
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security network & systems administration
• Effective analytical abilities to evaluate an organization's needs and implement solutions
• Responsible, open-minded and people-oriented
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving & communication skills
