Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and upgrading of the IT platform which includes the company’s data security.
- To manage and work with the external IT vendors to improve the platform’s core infrastructure and the user interface, support the team in negotiations with vendors and potential partners
- To take charge in implementing all the necessary measure to ensure security of the platform and identify and mitigate any risk of security breaches
- To oversee the functionality status in line with legal requirements and business concept by:
- leading IT area in fulfilling the organization’s IT requirements, KPIs and budget
- managing and working with the external IT vendors, leading and managing IT project
- monitoring the performance of the project to determine cost and productivity levels
- making recommendations for improvements to the management
- troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- maintenance of the firm’s data security
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or its equivalents
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in IT project management
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Ability to foresee departmental growth in long run (create / manage new IT roles in accordance with the company business scale)
- Prior experience in people management, team building would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the decentralized systems working principles (transaction model, consensus algorithms, blockchain) is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of computer systems, security network and systems administration
- Effective analytical abilities to evaluate an organization's needs and implement solutions
- Responsible, supportive and people-oriented
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and strong communication skills
