COC Class 1 or 2 with Sea-going experience preferred Minimum years of relevant working experience working ashore in a Ship Management

Manage the overall performace of vessels with specific reference to energy consumption and optimisation
Plan and unplan down-time as well as budget performance
Superivse the assigned Fleet in all technical or deck aspects
Ensure of all equipment on board assigned Fleet
Monitor reliability and cost effectiveness, safety and pollution prevention status and Emergency Preparedness
Monitor maintenance system on board, prepare Dry-dock specifications, obtaining and analysing quotes for repair yards
Participate in the development of the Quality Management System, continous improvement of procedures, ERP and Management reviews
