Responsibilities
- Hardware and software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365 and Azure-AD
- Troubleshot network related issues
- Participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
- Provide IT related helpdesk support
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer related, or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in hardware software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Active directory, DNS, VPN troubleshooting, Azure-AD, Office 365
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in desktop support
- Experienced in first level ERP system support
- Experienced in disaster recovery, Network security
- Team Viewer Remote PC Support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
