To perform rostering and operation duties for the smooth Operation of STORES.
Ensure compliance of SOPs, manage and administer the operational workflows and procedures to ensure a consistently high level of efficiency.
To perform Data analysis in conjunction with the KPI’s set forth for stores
To handle and manage customers’ feedback
Coordinate staff function in support of operations
To co-ordinate and manage with suppliers for up to date visual merchandising and displays.
To co-ordinate with relevant department for Trainings and Seminars.
