Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service quotations
• Update & input data for service jobs in excel sheet.
• Attending to customer's calls for service and delivery of goods.
• Arranging daily deliveries & service jobs for technicians.
• Preparation of reports
• Others ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Min NITEC/Higher NITEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Must be able to read circuit diagram (preferably)
• Familiar with DC power supply equipment, electronics control panels, inverters, UPS &battery chargers will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office

Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.45 pm)
