    Provides professional Customer Support on call enquiries and walk-ins to promote our products

     Recommend Customer on products range, fees of service charges and company promotion.

     Schedules Services/ Repairs for Technicians on a daily basis.

     Ensures collection of service charges, monitors unpaid service billings and follow-up payments from Customer.

     Prepares Quality Claims Report (QCR) 

    Monitors and follow up on the Customers’ requested parts and products repair under QCR until replacement part is received

    **Who Can Apply : Someone have studied Business or related disciplines. – With / Without Working Experience In The Service Industry Are Welcomed.**
    8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
    Report to Tai Seng, Singapore HQ Office
