• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
• Min 2 years of experience in project management or similar functions  
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers/suppliers
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Good written and spoken English.
• Familiar with Solid works and/or other 3D modelling software will be advantageous.
• Familiar with automation cross functional activities will be advantageous. Particularly in mechanical, electrical and software aspect.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements , deadlines and schedules.
• Submitting project deliverable and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Ensure projects are done according to customer’s requirements and specifications.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Maintain on budgetary, scheduling and report on project progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.
• Evaluate and assess result of project.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverable.
• Conduct project status meetings with customers and project team.
• Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
