  • Report to Service Executive in AfterSales Dept.
    Attend to customer's vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical advices and quotation for consideration and acceptance.
    Manage customer's expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer's demand.
    Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services.
    Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer.
    Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted.
    Test drive with customer if necessary.
    Perform other related tasks as assigned by Service Manager or Service Executive.

    Minimum Nitec in Automotive Engr or any technical Diploma.
    Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3)
    At least 3 years in automotive experience or with experience in hospitality industry.
