M&E / Facilities Support Works;

 

• Commercial buildings maintenance
• To assist the Facilities Supervisor in carrying out the routine inspection and maintenance of M&E and estate functions.
• Check the toilets’ flushing systems, car park, driveway, general condition, pest control, building façade, rooftop, drains, bin center, etc.
• Maintain utilities consumptions, relamping of exit lights
• Inspect switch room, electrical risers, fire and pump rooms, standby generator room, etc. according to planned schedule.

 

WORKING AT TAGORE INDUSTRIAL OFFICE BUILDING

Starting Salary S$ 2,500

9am to 6pm; 9am to 1pm / 5.5 days – Mon to Sat.,with 1 hour lunch break.
