Job Description

• To provide support to the Finance Manager in handling full set of accounts as instructed for Singapore and Japan, data / journal entries for transactions
• Enter all Incoming payment into the system
• Preparation of Accounts Receivable Weekly Report
• Prepare Statements of accounts for Japan & Korea
• Preparation of Collenda Open Credit
• Preparation credit limit application form / New BP creation form
• Email Monthly statement of accounts – Australia & New Zealand
• Accrual of Sales Commission if required
• Preparation of Monthly Schedules (Fixed Assets, Advance to Employees etc)
• Update monthly FX Rate into SAP for KDA and KDJ
• Print Exchange Rate
• Email to Internal Sales on the Exchange Rate with additional buffers
• Journal for reclass of Realised Exchange
• Daily Bank Balances for National Australia Bank Limited (NAB)
• Send monthly to Manager
• Do Revaluation every 6 month for KDA
• Issue Credit Note and Debit Note if required
• KDJ
• Prepare Investment Plan every 3 month
• Prepare Forecast every month (from June onwards except December)
• Enter all Incoming Payment into the system

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Able to commit the full 6 months of contract (End May/ Early June to Oct 2023)
