OPERATION LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions:

• Assist Business Support Manager in overseeing the daily administration of the Operations and Admin Department
• Administration of Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
• Liaising with customer on orders, delivery coordination, communicating with suppliers
• Data entry, maintaining of data in in-house ERP system
• Handling inventory management, logistics support & co-ordination

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE N/O/ITE Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
• Flexible, resourceful, and able to perform despite tight schedules, Independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset.
• Must take initiative to complete task assigned.
• Positive working attitude, strong attention to detail and proactivity.
