Job Responsibilities

• Involved in the implementation of SAP in APAC
• Responsible for full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL/FA/Interco) and month-end closing activities
• Consolidate results of APAC entities to Singapore RHQ and provide reports to US HQ
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Support month-end analysis of financial statements and reports
• Prepare cashflow forecast
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing with IRAS
• Support costing processes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on tax and statutory reporting matters
• Work with functional stakeholders, IT, and external consultants based in US and Europe to improve processes
• Supervise accountants in China and Malaysia

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a ACCA/ Degree in Accountancy/ Diploma with CA certification (preferably)
• 5 - 7 years of full set accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in SAP R3 or S4, those with experience in SAP implementation has an added advantage
• Knowledge of US GAAP and cost accounting is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
