-Dealing with English & Mandarin speaking Customers
-NO QUOTA FOR WORK PERMIT/ WORK PASS WORKERS

-Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiate deals/close deals, and handle complaints or objections on Tenancy or Lease issues.
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media on our  Rental Services.
-Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities
-To generate sales reports.
-Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
