-Dealing with English & Mandarin speaking Customers

-To work independently and meet datelines and schedules.
-To follow-up on issues during job execution which require multi-liaisons with Stakeholders. 
-Manage Customers job requests, confirm jobs into job database, and prepare complete documentation.
-Facilitate pre-job coordination with Operations Executives / Controllers. 
-To ensure pre-job and post-job documentation are in order to ensure smooth billing workflow.
-Provide Statistical data when required
-Adherence to Company's SOPs.
