Working Schedule : 8:00am to 5.15pm / 8:30am to 5.45pm /10.45am to 08.00pm 
5 day work, 2 day off.
Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT to office

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Planning & execution of S&R Events. 
• Reporting monthly Events / Activities in the monthly Management meeting in the absence of Executive/Asst Executive (Sports & Recreation). 
• Meeting short-term and long-term objectives of Sports & Recreation Events/Activities Management/Organisation in the Club. 
• Checking on Event venue and ensuring that required set up is done in an appropriate manner. 
• Liaising with external Vendors on rates and Programs. 
• Preparation of formal Event proposals to Executive/Asst Executive (Sports & Recreation). 
• Sourcing for Sponsorship for major Sports and Recreation Events
