    Main Responsibilities Include:
    • Generation of Invoices and Credit Notes & AR Functions, daily Reconciliation of Daily Sales and Collections.
    • Preparation of Sales Report for monthly GTO submission.
    • Preparation of Month-End Schedules and Assist in a Year-End-Audit.
    • Undertake other ad-hoc Assignments as assigned by Superior
     
    Job Requirements:
    • A Team Player & Effective Communication Skills, Proactive, Show Initiative Work Adaptable to Changes.
    • Liaise with Operations Crew includes attending to their Queries and resolving Disputes.
    • Well-organized with good work timeline
    • Using MYOB / QuickBooks / Reckon Cloud-Based Accounting
     
    Salary S$ 2,500 to Start

    Working : 9 am to 6 pm (Mon to Friday)
