Responsibilities

Acting as a contact person between customer & internal team in liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems. Details as follows:-

• Assigned with list of customers
• Visit customers & attend to their enquiries
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production
• Processes customer orders
• Arranging delivery of orders to customers
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Coordinate customer credit rating with the Accounts team and ensure the limits are not exceeded in placing orders
• Assist in following up on payment
• To maintain good relationship with customers
• To achieve sales budget / targets
• Consolidation monthly sales report
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree holder
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the Marine offshore/Oil & Gas industry
• Training will be provided for those without experience but are willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed, responsible and aggressive
• A team player with positive working attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
