SHIPPING EXECUTIVE / 5 DAYS / 9-6 pm, – Commercial Position / TOWN 

1. Coordinate with relevant Parties (Eg. Buyers, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines) to Arrange Shipments and Ensure Cargoes Shipped Out as per Schedule. 
2. Prepare and Process Shipping Documents, Including Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin for CUSTOM Clearance at Destination 
3. L/C Shipping Documents in Compliance with L/C Requirements and Handle L/C Shipments 
4. Ensure Compliance with CUSTOMS Regulations, Laws, and Company Policies. 
5. Work Closely with Trading & Accounts Departments to Ensure Smooth
