O-Level

1-2 years

• Min GCE"N/O/A" level or it's equivalent
• Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding
• Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipment and documentation
• Able to handle full set of Import/Export documents
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Possess initiative and meticulous in work
• Knowledge in Consolidated shipment is an added advantage
• Handle full spectrum of order processing including shipping documentations and L/C negotiations
• Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfillment
• Work closely with various departments and logistics service providers
• Liaise with clients on shipments issues
• Assist to plan for outgoing shipments
• Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
