Qualification and requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with 1 Year Hospitality / F&B / Tourism / Healthcare / Retail Experiences
Rotating Shifts :
06:30am to 3:45pm / 9:00am to 6:15pm / 10:45am to 8:00pm / 1:45pm to 11:00pm / 4:00pm to 1:15am. - ( Shared Cab Service Provided After Late Shift 1:15am )Duties and responsibilities
1. Handle booking of members
2. Answering of phone enquiries
3. Tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accounted for by the end of the shift/day
4. Ensure that ISO Quality Procedures are complied with
5. Assist the Executives on proper regulation of golf operations including competitions and activities
6. Opening and closing of golf course during inclement weather
7. Perform registration and issuance of course tickets and keying in of golfer’s scorecards
8. Deliver right information to members/guests and ensure important notices are displayed on the notice board -
